Gardenia blue pigment appears as a light blue or dark blue powder.It is soluble in water, ethanol and propylene glycol, shown as bright blue. It is reliable when pH value is from 3 to 8 ,there is no significant change in hue。
Application:
Coloring of popsicle, ice cream, fruit wine, beverage, fruit juice and sugar coating for tablet,
It can also be used for color combination with other water soluble color.
